Kashida was commissioned to design the interior space of this Achrafieh residence. Six customized furniture pieces were designed to fit the room, and yes, that makes 6 Arabic letters! The client brief to us was to integrate various letters of the family within the room. Our role was to create a modern setting where the pieces work well together harmoniously. In order to stay away from creating a world of clashing letters and loud design, a certain level of abstraction was adopted during the design process. The living room was produced by local Lebanese artisans using solid wood.
