This custom-made trophy piece for Mandarin Oriental Hotels Middle East embodies the brand's iconic fan with an elegant fusion of Arabic calligraphy. Working alongside the Hotel's branding team, Kashida suggested to incorporate the word 'taqdeer', Arabic for 'appreciation' within the brand's iconic monogram. This trophy sculpture was gifted to the hotel's VIP stakeholders as a token of appreciation. Crafted with brass-plated steel onto a clear crystal base, the trophy is presented in a luxurious leather box with stitching detail and a velvet lined insert.
